Shipping Policy

We currently sell and ship within New Zealand only

  • All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days 

  • All items will be carefully packaged to ensure against damage

  • All items sent out are tracked by Pass The Parcel

  • Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

While we endevour to deliver your items in a safe and timely manner, once sent, orders are subject to Pass The Parcel delivery times.  

Returns Policy

Please note all sales are final and we are not required to provide refunds due to change of mind. We also ask that you check your orders thoroughly before submitting as we do not generally offer refunds if you order the wrong product in error . Only in certain circumstances will a Refund or Exchange occur and will be at Creative Toitoi's discretion.

Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the New Zealand Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed under Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.

Damaged/Faulty items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (no later than 3 days from delivery date as noted by the carrier) if the item is damaged or defective. We reserve the right to request photos and additional information in order to evaluate the damages and offer an acceptable resolution.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive a partial or incorrect order,  please advise us immediately and no later than 48 hours from receipt of an incorrect order so we can investigate and correct the order or arrange for incorrect order items to be returned at our expense.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Please Note:​

  • Where you return the products to us to seek a Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of returning the products to us.

​

  • Where your claim is a valid claim under Consumer Law, Creative Toitoi will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. 

​

  • Please note Creative Toitoi will not be held liable for any losses/damages during return shipment back to us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they select the appropriate shipping methods and insurances unless such return is the responsibility of Creative Toitoi.

  • In the event a refund occurs, the refund will be made to the same payment method used when placing the order.

​

  • In the event a refund cannot occur for whatever reason back to the original payment method used, store credit will be offered instead at the same Dollar Value of the original order amount.
